Portinatx, Ibiza Spain

Portinatx is a resort on the island of Ibiza, in the municipality of Sant Joan de Labritja, and is the northernmost resort on the island. It is a relatively remote area, which can make it harder to reach other parts of Ibiza. Despite its remoteness, Portinatx is renowned for its picturesque scenery and is often considered the most beautiful resort on the island. Notable landmarks include the Punta Moscarter Lighthouse. Like much of Ibiza, the surrounding countryside is densely forested, unlike the more barren neighboring islands of Mallorca and Menorca. The town lies in the shadow of sa Descoberta, a large wooded hill that rises to roughly 250 meters above sea level.
